Ok, this Christmas has now officially gone to the dogs. :-p

They could use Maru the chunky kitty to help slide those boxes under the tree - they seemed to be a little bit scattered around the floor there.

Otherwise, not a bad job. Wonder how they untangled the all those lights. Maybe they could come do my house next year.

And it's Christmas here on the east coast, so Merry Christmas everyone.

This totally wrecked my "alone at Xmas" pity party.

And next a video of a group of cats taking the tree down. Ours has been trying to remove ornaments all week. And she likes taking bows off of boxes. Not sure how she'll get the star off, though.

Merry Christmas all from the SF Bay Area.

My much missed rabbit used to have the best time at christmas...so many bows to play with, so much paper to chew...and everyone in one room, as was his preference.

If I had a Christmas tree, I'd definitely let these guys decorate it! I wonder if they do Hanukkah decorations....

Happy Holidays, everyone!

The best part? The white, pointy-eared Pako with the red bauble pondering where to put his red bauble on the tree. The eyes and head tilt showed the coinnesseur "Where should I put this? Next to the angel? No, that would totally clash because red and mauve don't go together..."

As this will be my elderly Kitty's last Christmas, she's getting anything she wants today... (Not that it hasn't been that way most of her life, ya know?) She's 19 and her kidneys are failing her after being diagnosed with CRF 4.5 years ago... So as I watch her eat her Christmas morning meal, I wish you all many years with your pets and loved ones!!

Oh and the video was hysterical!! Wish I could teach my other Kitteh's to do that!!!

Doggies may be good at putting the tree up, but nothing can compare to kitties when taking the tree down. My kitties take their job very seriously and try to disassemble the tree just as soon as it gets put up. After all, shiny ornaments don't belong on a tree--how silly! They belong on the floor where they can be rolled around and broken.

We don't have a Christmas
tree, but one holiday I
snorgled next to a Christmas tree--What an
experience--electrifying!
Have a Wonderful Holiday,
everyone!
MEG, you rock our world!

Hysterical! I was laughing and crying at the same time. A typical reaction for me; when I'm still working on my first cup of coffee, I can be a bit vulnerable. Thanks Meg and sender-inner Jorden. Made my day. :D

Stormcat and Elderly Kitty--Wishing you a wonderful
Christmas filled with memories to be cherished
always. Love is a frail kitty...Love grows strong where there is weakness.
I'm crying for you now, and rejoicing always for all that you were together, for all that the heart has learned.

Well done, doggies!

Specially liked rollin' up the rug, thought they were goin' to dance at the Christmas hop, but, no they went to work instead!

Can you imagine the Shiba Inu puppies doing that?
