These Boots Were Made For Stalking...

... and that's just what they'll do / One of these days these boots are gonna whap you on the nose (whap whap whap whap whap!) and then tear through the living room (neeeeeaarrrrggghhhhhhmmmmm!!) and then climb up the drapes (wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!) and then knock the planter off the kitchen counter (crash! whoopsie!) and then totally declare war on your tail (yaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrr!) and then whap you on the nose some more (whap-ity whap!) and then fall asleep (honk-shuuuuuuuuu!).

A little closer ... closer ... cloooooserrrr

All the kitty needs is a 1-ounce cowboy hat (rather than a 10 gallon cowboy hat.)

Kitteh: "Reach for the sky, pardner! I gotcha covered!"
Doggeh: "On the contrary. I overwhelm you with my sheer size and mental superiority. So there, you little pipsqueak!"
Kitteh: "Note to self: must hide in bigger boots next time."

Lulz at the "Silence of the Lambs" rollover. As if cute wasn't good enough, we get such lovely (rather twisted) humour around here, too.

Newfie, heck no! Waaayyyyy too small (see his tiny foot?) and hairless. Also note distinct lack of drool. Judging by the curly-ness in the (nommable) ear, snout length, and the eyes, I'd make a guess of some sort of Spaniel... maybe a water dog of some sort?

Sorry, I left the pet industry for a new job and I'm trying to keep up my breed knowledge.... :)

I *heart* boot kittens!

I totally missed the kitn at first as well. Which makes Mike's caption even more surreal.

Were you a cat in a former life Mike? You hit the nail right on the head with that one!
I'd buy cowboy boots if they came with a kitty.

Silly me, I didn't look at the footie- it is a spaniel of some sort- pretty and glossy for sure.

Katrina

This is my cocker spaniel (A+ for several of you!!!) Callie and the kitty is Shadow. I love the captions people have written! Thanks!

reminds me of the time my housemates and i were having a party so i hid a bunch of bartending cash in my cowboy boot.

6 months later i go to put on my boots, and i pull out a wad of $900 cash! like winning the lottery...

moral: don't drink and hide things ;)
