That boy is a P-I-G pig! [say in shocked voice]

As long as he doesn't spit it all out when he's done stuffing, I'm OK with this:

This Animal House moment ["I'm a zit! get it?"] brought to you by Sender-Inner Patrick and Jodi101.

What's really scary is that he/she's looking for more....

I really enjoy saving my broccolis for later, too. Do I have anything in my teeth?

I gave my hammie a little taste of BBQ chicken. From that day forward he kept trying to shove my finger in his pouch.

Why couldn't I have had one of those things when I was a kid and my mom tried to force us to each our broccoli? It would have even fit in my pocket where I stuffed the broccoli anyway.

Holy cow! Is this footage like time elapsed or something?!

I can't believe he ate the whole thing! CO has rekindled my love affair of small rodents.

Dang, that ham gives a whole new meaning to "stuffing yourself." And after all that stuffing, he's rooting around for more!

Robbie
 |  Jun 20, 2007 at 11:10 AM

Hahaha! I remember the days of having a hammy... we fed him scraps from when we cut up vegetables.

We didn't have a stylish serving presentation like this, though! Love the leetle deesh.

There must be something in broccoli! It's also my dwarf hamsters' all time favorite.

My hamsters are just as big as this guy's cheeks in the end of that tape though. :D

BeeCee, oh, I did! ;D

Why aren't you people complaining about the broccoli that may suffocate the poor, innocent hamster?! EVIL VEGGIES!!

I'm loving this too much! I remember when I was a kid and wanted a hamster, but decided it would be too much trouble to care for. Had I known hams could eat broccoli...

Kate B.
 |  Jun 20, 2007 at 12:32 PM

Kate -- just remember, your ham can eat broccoli, but never attempt the reverse.

One time Gilbert got out of his tank and got into the wall. I did everything to coax him out.

A few hours later, I spied him out of the corner of my eye waddling toward me. He was covered in plaster dust. I got his water bottle and food dish and he went to town.

After his cheeks were thoroughly full (I bet he would have sounded like a maracara had I shook him) I placed him back in his tank with the lid securely in place. He jumped and chittered up a storm! He wanted back in the wall! He only came out for provisions!
