Does "teh" mean "the", and it's just a clever use of the common misspelling when excited Overloaders are typing too fast, like "Look at teh puppies!", or is it supposed to mean "too", like "Those puppies are just teh cute!". This person is a genius. Why hasn't anyone thought of this sooner? We've seen panda cams, tiger cub cams, there's even the Jack's Pond cam in Africa, but i've never seen a puppy cam before...it's mesmerizing.
