Somebody needs to break out the sewing machine and make little black & white prisoner suits STAT!

...and then there were two! LOL!!

I love the whole, "Here, climb on my back and I'll give you a boost up."

Jen

The break out would be more effective if one of the hammies had a complex tattoo showing all the details of the escape plan.

And if there wasn't a giant who kept putting them back into Fox River.

anyone else get just a flashing white image with the photobucket logo on it and two arrows on the bottom!?

What a nice hamster mommy to ensure they didn't tumble off the edge. Such gentle scooping! I saw a hammie in Petco last night for adoption - I wanted him really bad, but am afraid my cats would be a little too interested. I mean, you should see what happens when I get crickets for the gecko!

their persistance is impressive, and i LOVE the team-work going on here.
too bad for the hoo-man who spend three hours smashing the loops on the little fence sections to find out that, amazing! the hammies can climb right out! dang!

I love the wigglage as they climb up. Spider ham, does whatever a spider ham does.....

Erebella

Little hammie #2 doesn't look like he can make it to the top - or did he (she?) stopped halfway up to dance? Excellent hammie tock wiggling!

Do you think hammie #1 turns back at the end because he doesn't want to leave his BFF hammie behind? ("I'm not leaving without you!")

Reminds me of mister hand always thwarting Mr Bill

I know this isnt related to this post... but do you all remember the hand holding otter from the vancouver aquarium?? Well she died on the 23rd.

watch?v=BQLQhZ-YO_s on Youtube or go to the vancouver aquarium and they tell a story about her, and her life there.

Again - sorry for OT post.

"Curses! Foiled again!"

That is some of the cutest hammy tock shimmying I've ever seen!

*shimmy shimmy shimmy*
*scoop* *plop*

At T-48 seconds (or thereabouts) I love the visual disappointment in Ham as he makes it to the top *again* only to discover THE HAND *again* - he steps with such resignation into THE HAND with "Drat! Foiled again!" body language.

Poor gullible hammie! When will he learn? I kept wanting to yell at the screen, "NO! THE HAND WILL ONLY PUT YOU BACK IN!"

Juno
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 10:05 AM

the hammie-hands! WAAAAY too cute.

What is that, a portable hamster cage? Doesn't look very secure to me.

I've got a kitty here that would like to volunteer to be the turn-key.

@ Freak:

Thank you for that. I had a flat tire that morning on my way to work... and I missed my morning CO. I'm just so relieved to find out that she wasn't forgotten.

He climbs those little poles like a wee fuzzy stripper!

 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 10:13 AM

That's not musak, it's the Prison Break theme song, which makes this even more hilarious. Now the ham just needs a full-torso tat with escape routes.

Lucy
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 10:21 AM

Darn! I just ordered this playpen for my robos *today*!

These guys are *so* cute- persistent little buggers, are they?!

Hammama
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 10:31 AM

@Ray, I think that's more of a portable play pen. They make them in various sizes, for hams and big ones for dogs.

Ok, the vidoe did not make me laugh....but...."climbs those little poles like a wee fuzzy stripper!" made me fall out of my chair!

The Mental Image!!!!!!!!

This video is sorely lacking without Benny Hill.

Lone
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 10:50 AM

@pookie: If Billy Corgan had a ham, I hope he wouldn't name it pumpkin. The implications for violence are hazardous.

CoffeeCup
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 10:50 AM

@Lucy: I agree, the Prison Break theme remix is what really makes this video awesome, aside from its inherent hammie cuteness. Those hams have to escape so they can stop The Company!

I can't even handle that. Seriously, what are you people trying to do to me? It's just not fair. It's too much to deal with.

OMG they're named Itsy-Bitsy and Teeny-Weeny? *thud*

This is great and the music is perfect for what's going on. Love it!

Gotta love how the fat one resigns to chewing his way out of the cage instead of climbing the unending wall of slippery fugitivity.

Bailey

Love the little fatty mouse who can't... quite... MAKE IT..!

What a cute little playpen. Though clearly, not a very effective one.

I wish the person didn't keep picking them up when they get to the top... I want to see how they get over and down!

"wee fuzzy stripper"
"gold-medal Hamnastics"

aaaaaaahhhhh! yer' killin' me folks! First the little hammies on the lam, then the great comments.

POOOOOFFFFFF! (head explosion)

Ray
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 01:25 PM

OMG HOW DOES THE DUDE HAVE THE POWER TO RESTRAIN HIMSELF FROM CUDDLING THE HAMMIES EVERY 5 SECONDS WHAT KIND OF MONSTER ARE YOU????!!!

HAZEL
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 02:11 PM

Cute the first two runs but what about enriching that barren creche environment so they don't want to escape? It breaks my heart to see the efforts of hammies frustrated like that. C'mon people!

Dr Anne
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 02:12 PM

If they only had a poster of Rita Hamworth. ;)

Theresa
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 02:51 PM

Oy, I just gave my self a mental picture of a Rita Hayworth-like hamster-- perhaps like that tiny stripperette in that recent posting.
(extra-high voice) "Put the blame on Mame, boys . . ."

Theresa
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 02:55 PM

Erebella said "Spider ham, does whatever a spider ham does....."

HA!!!

Oh, and also: **headsplode**

Those hams are terribly terribly adorable. Oh, the rotundity!

 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 03:00 PM

Uh-oh, I just got that playpen for my robos! =O

Luckily, though, I wasn't planning on leaving them alone in it, so they should be OK. =) Also, I'm not so sure they're as clever as the hammies in this video, heh.

Celeste M.
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 03:13 PM

I hope that this is only a "holding pen" . I didn't see any food or water bowls. Maybe their owners were cleaning their home while the hammies were playing

knightofmonarch
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 03:21 PM

Dun dah dun dun DAH! And then their chipmunk ally, wearing a leetle black eyemask, jumps out and knaws the bars open with his teeth!

Cool Gecko
 |  Sep 25, 2008 at 03:47 PM

The sliding down sideways got the laugh from me. Just hanging at the top and weeee-oop! >slither< and start over.
