Hi everyone- I'm the very flattered owner of these two ducklings, who are ducklings no more. They grow up so fast! Sometimes when I see a weed growing quickly I think, "It's growing like a duck!" Their names are Amos and Andie. I gave them that name before I knew their gender, they both turned out to be female. I got them to keep my other duck, Quacker, company after his buddy Jack died. I got them at a bird farm. They and Quacker are the three musketeers these days. About the last pictue, I got really lucky. They only did that once when I kept them in the house, and I was so lucky to have the camera within arm's reach. Gillie- do you have any leads on one at the moment? Did you see the New Yorker carton from a few weeks ago-the fractal giraffe? Tooo cute! Giraffes are God's way of saying "hey, have a sense of humor about things". An animal that is at the same time majestic and down right silly-looking. luckybat -- God is a duck?
