Berthaservant...loved your blog post. Yep, you hit the nail on the head. I'm not really sure at this point what I used to say in lieu of "ehn!" (very useful in the gym but disruptive in yoga class). I actually asked "Baroo???" in a meeting the other day. Eek. My "No" has become "nyerhe!" or the more adamant "nyerhe! nyerhe! a thousand times nyerhe!" from a hovertext a while back. And everyone I work with is now very aware of eye capsules (as well as the sounds they make), not to mention chubbulence, McAnythingPants, etc. etc. etc. You CAN teach an old dog new tricks (and sound effects).
