One day, I'll be a MUSAK SUPERSTAR!
This kitteh is a regular Miles Davis, if Miles Davis had four paws and twitched during sleepies. Check out his paw action to the beat. Bizarro Montalban.
Phillip P.! Another quality foraged link!

The Kitty Is a virtuosa
He's gonna be the next Meow-zart!
obviously she is dreaming of being a wee tiny kitteh, nursing on her mummy
*sigh*
it's a beautiful thing
I love this!
dreamingz of kneadingz
That kitty is playing some serious air piano!
Kitteh is dreaming of playing maracas in a Latin band!!
that's way too cute for this early in the morning
If Nora can do it, so can I.
I so totally needed this. I'm depressed over some shit, but..well, this helped me deal with it.
Sorry about the sh*t, kidda, but hang on in there. Cats are so clevair.... *sigh* they can play piano in their sleep even better than I can when I'm awake (wondering if I can put curly wig and glasses on this kitteh and send her into my piano exam...).
Once I dreamt I was a concert pianist....I wonder if I did that !!
but but but Miles Davis played Jazz trumpet, not piano!!
Miles Davis plays the trumpet. She meant Tito Puente, I'm sure.
that is one serious cool cat
RE-DONK.
Khadija is right - Davis was a jazz musician. This is samba, and sounds more like Serge Lopez to me.
its hard to stay still with good jazz on even if you are sleepingks!
Er, on second thoughts, it COULD be jazz. But definitely Lopez and not Davis!
Kitteh is a sleepingks musical genius - pretty, too.
KIDDA - I ditto the hang in there. Here's some cyber hugs and purrs from my Yitzycat.

I LOVE watching twitchy kitty feet when they're napping! I don't know what about it fascinates me so, but I find it one of the cutest things ever!
Who's to say that kitteh isn't dreaming of playing trumpet? In fact, it would probably be easier than piano - aren't there just three buttons (keys, valves, stops, whatever the heck you call em) on a trumpet?
Jazz hands.
hey-h: Unfortunately, trumpet also requires lips.
Keep dreamin' kitteh!
awww . kitteh dares to dream!!! i'll be his groupie, tewtelly!
Burt Bacharach kitty says "Pshht! I can do that in my sleep!"
I'm guessing Tito Puente, because I like to say his name.
What a great way to start my Monday morning!!
he has the furriest, most velvety paws. i really want to pet them and kiss his axis of snorgling while he sleeps!
Jim: Well, maybe kitteh is playing with the hands while another animal tackles the embouchure! Didja think of that?
Sleeping samba kitty, and he's got more rhythm than I do awake! (it's so not fair)
Instead of samba rhythms and/or Miles Davis' "hard bop" jazz, this kitty's "jazz paws" remind me of Erroll Garner, or George Shearing - famous jazz pianists of the past.
That's the best thing I've seen in ages!
"but but but Miles Davis played Jazz trumpet, not piano!!- Khadija"
You are as wrong as that cat is right on time - Miles Davis played Trumpet as well as piano - most real musicians unlike the wanna be starlets of today actually played many instruments
Way out, daddy-o. That's one cool cat.
Yes, Miles played some keyboard...although Miles was a minimalist for the most part and never played a song that would have had so many notes that he was required to play (at least later in his life).
I was thinking more George Shearing...or, to keep it contemporary, Russell Ferrante of the Yellowjackets.
(Not a jazz nerd per se, but I was in jazz/fusion band in high school, so I know my way around a minor 9th chord).
Jazz Paws!
And Tito Puente played the timbales not the piano. Maybe he played the piano or volleyball on his spare time but I don't think that qualifies him as a piano player.
methinks the kitteh's paws were tapir-ed to some invisibul thread? Hmmmm????
Miles Davis played trumpet AND piano? ok i is ashamed. however, he's more famous for the trumpet. that kitteh must be a pretty big fan of Miles Davis to know that he played both instruments then.
berthaservant - you amaze me. animal lover, wicked sense of humor, jazz afficiando - you are the best pretend boyfried EVAR!!!
Haha, such a lovely video!
this rescued my monday from the abyss.
I sent a pics last night of my kitty, named "little kitty miles davis jr." I'm thinking that perhaps this influenced the comparison -or it could be a coincidence. Sadly, it appears that my sleeping miles didn't make the cut! boo :(
thanks meowandwoof...as emo philips once said, "I'm a great lover, I'll bet."
Must nom the paws!!!
My kitty used to do this with eyelid and muzzlepouche tremors to boot!
Another video of the same adorable kitty. :3 Other than the piano paws, it comes with twitching tail action too! XD So cute!

Amanda, your sleeping Miles didn't make the cut...yet. Yesterday is a little recent.
This is one of the only pet videos I've seen with an A+ in music use! Bravo! :D
Cute!
Hahah! And if you watch that without sound it looks like it´s doing Kitty Morse Code! :D
eeeeeee!!!! cute-soooo!!!
If that kitty really is asleep, he appears to have REM behavior disorder.
