I am supporting a non-Clinton, FWIW, but I would much rather have a leader who shows emotion than one who shows ignorance or arrogance. I think it's sad when people bash any sign of genuine emotion and call it weakness. I also believe that it is the sign of a weak mind to make fun of a disliked politician on a bulletin board on a cute-based website. If you hate a particular candidate, there are plenty of newsblogs for you to frequent without venting your spleen here. I'm not calling for censorship, just maybe some appropriateness. Thank you. Oh, yeah...about Socks and Buddy. They never got along, unfortunately. So, when the Clintons moved to a decidedly smaller place than the White House, the need arose to separate them. Socks went to her personal secretary and Buddy stayed. Now, how many of us have had to make a decision like that? Hm? When poor Buddy was killed, it was just one of those things. He slipped out and ran in the road. The staff tried to catch him, and the Clintons were as upset as any of us would have been. It's a terrible thing, but it happens.
