How cruel sewing a kitty into a sneaker just to make an air freshner, has the world gone mad?

I remember when I was little, we used to get these furry things (usually luridly coloured) from fairgrounds with great big eyes stuck onto them. I wondered what they were supposed to be... now I know, a model for this adorabuls kitteh.
And yes, I third metz on the snorgling. Straight out of the sneaker and onto the schnozzle.
