So I says to him, I says...

Red hat Pup: "...Look, life comes with responsibilities...Teddy Roosevelt gave an entire speech once with a bullet lodged in his chest. Some tings are a matter 'a duty."
Blue hat pup: "You gotta point d'ere. You gotta point."

Yep

Adam, Adam, Adam, you knit these hats!?

Adam, from one knitter to another, fantastic hats! I wish I could get my kittehs to sit still and wear what I knit for other people's babies!

Well, maybe if I tried...Cujo is big enough to wear one of my trademark skull baby sweaters....

Oh, and men who knit are sexy. Period. Thank you.

"Show me the way to a bone
I'm tired and I wanna eat in bed
My owner made this cap a little while ago
And then put it on my head
Wherever I may roam
On a leash or all alone
You'll always hear me singing this song
Show me the way to a bone."

OMG!!!! Finally, it is a Schnauzer post. We had a beautiful little mini female, Miss Gretel. The best of dogs. She passed away 1-15-2006. She was a house dog, now she is a yard dog. She is buried in her favorite spot and still in our heart.

It's so nice to see some older puppehs here - I know we love the baybees but the older guys and girl need homes too and these guys look so loved. Remember - if you want a furry pal, check your shelter. As silly as it sounds, they do love better, I think.

Holy crow. Anyone check out Knitter Adam's blog? This guy is seriously good. And busy. Check out the pics of the sox for cripe's sake. AND he lives with two hat wearing babes who also have lovely new collars... What a guy...

Hey everyone, thanks for the kind comments, I appreciate them!

All I have to say, is that it's good they went to obedience school and know how to "stay", otherwise they would have bolted from sheer embarrassment I'm sure!!!

Anyway, I'm not sure this CO exposure is the best thing for the dogs, now they keep refusing to take any further pictures until I "speak with their agent".....

I love the power of costume to inspire people's imaginations! Take two cutie-pie puppies, add two softie baby hats, and what do you get?
Two old Irish-Italian-Cuban-Jewish-jazz-singing-mafioso-war-veteran-marine-life-documentarians. Two! What are the odds that they'd find each other?

hananza
 |  May 26, 2007 at 04:47 PM

OK, Hananza, am totally LOL'ing here. I'd say the universe CONSPIRED to bring them together. Or at least some dude who knits.
