As a public service, I interupt this thread for a special report:
In yesterday's brunch dish report, a discussion ensued re the CO definition of 'bleen'. I asked the original source of this cute-ism, Mr. Theo, for his comment:
Peeps -- I'll say this ONCE: In the context of Cute Overload, "Bleen" has NO real meaning of its own. If you are/were a fan of the old TV show M*A*S*H, it's like the "B. J." in B. J. Hunnicutt. What's it stand for? ...anything you like!

[/bleen]

And there it is, straight from the moderator's mouth. We return you now to our previously scheduled comment thread, already in progress /end threadjack

Isn't that "a poodle, a pug and a dachshund walk *under* a bar..."???

My neighbors when I was a kid/young adult had two pugs, Nanki Poo and Pitti Sing. (I didn't ask what happened to Yum Yum...) I never knew Pitti Sing well, but Nanki was the sweetest, most cheerful and friendly little guy imaginable.

Nanki was also best buds with Baron Von Bones, the German Shepherd up the street. I leave the resultant visual to your imaginations...

(Wait, I don't get it...)

Nanki Poo? Pitti Sing? Baron Von Bones???

How do people come up with these fantastic names!?!
