Gagh! What cute tonguitude!!
Little tongues are so cute!
...The tongue.. o.o
Haha! Tasting the air with his tongue. Always cute.
FIRST POST!!! FIRST POST!!! Love this website! Love pugs!
Oh well - maybe next time :-)
"Heah's what I think of ya! thhhppbttttt! So theah! Whatevs!"
WUGGLE!!
EYES THAT GO IN TWO DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS!
Hmmm...
I'm noticing a pattern here. Black pugs seem cute. The tan ones can be quite pugly. Curiouser and curiouser!
positively pug-a-licious!
It looks like this little guy's tongue could be a little piece of soft candy. Mmmm. Delicious puppy-tongue.
having owned pugs----
YAY! however, while the tween the eyes area is soft, it's the pug muzzlepuff that is the sweetest. Unique to squish faced dogs.
oh, and also the ears are Fabboo!
Do I sense interspecies soulmates?

Hee! This lil bugger makes me giggle!
I love the squish-face dogs. Reminds me of my bulldog.
[rolls eyes]
Oh, I can't *wait*, Teresa.
E-Snorgle: I believe you do.

Oh my. It's a pug. With his tongue sticking out.
My day, she is complete.
MEG... THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE BEST DAYS YOU'VE EVER DONE HERE ON CO.
The quality and cuteness of images today is just too fun!
It's the ears, though, really. How soft do they look? And how tiny is this guy? Looks like that whole smooshy face would fit in the palm of a hand.
He looks so soft and that tongue!
The cute de la cute -
My cute runneth over -
Just when you thought things couldn't get any cuter-
this day has been truly Cute Overload!!!
Barney Google! With the

i wonder if you push his tongue back in does his ears fly up?
Them's called "atchaforya eyes" - one's looking "atcha", the other's looking "forya".
Wow, now I know why I don't bother reading the comments. Can you say, snarky, Theo?
I actually think your "diagnosis" is right. My black pug's tongue used to come out like that sometimes. I really wouldn't be surprised if it IS a side-effect of the squished-in face.
That soft path between the eyes is heavenly to scratch (they thing so, too). On the fawn ones, the wrinkles in that area make something that, according to some books I've read, approximates the Chinese character for "king." (Appropriate, I think.) They used to actually crop their ears, thinking that the pain made their wrinkles more pronounced. Thankfully, though, that barbaric practice is obsolete.
to chacha---and any others---this is a puppy.
the good news is, ANY pug's face will fit in the palm of your hand.
and then manual snorgelage is de rigeur. That's right, just smoosh that flat face and feel the soft muzzlepuffage.
It is likely that the pug will reward you with a snort or sneeze afterward.
and DON"T get me started on snoring pugs....very comforting in the dark night.
I can and do, Daisy.

I'm also perfectly capable of moving on to other topics, once I've made my point.
So I hear there's a smooshy dog around here. Anybody seen one?
I love pugs! And I especially love black pugs. They're so squooshable!
OY, I just wanna hug him. What a smushie face - ahh!

Also, a question: Do pugs snore badly or is that a myth?
Also, when I click on "comments" for the entries on the front page, it opens in a new window. Is that new or something on my end? Not really complaining, it just makes it a little harder to hide the windows at work...
hehe
i saw this picture on toothpastefordinner.com and wanted to send it in...
looks like somebody beat me to it!
:P
Thanks, t-o. I had to wipe off my screen after clicking on that.
We need a category called "Tongue out" or maybe a new rule of cuteness: "Sticking your tongue out a teeny tiny bit is ALWAYS cute" See the kitty of a few days ago
http://mfrost.typepad.com/cute_overload/2006/07/keepingcool_tac.html
or hamster tongue!

Is this the canine version version of the toungulence cat a few posts back?
I want a pug so badly!! Or a Frenchie.. but I'll take a pug since they're cheaper heh.
My bf's great aunt has the cutest fattest black chinese pug and I just wanna steal it whenever we visit her!
Wait, I think we established the other day that Theo is a guy. Besides, Theo? Isn't that short for Theodore?
(strongly resisting Theodore of Alvin and the chipmunks comment)
And I believe those are his melifluous male tones on the Lorna and the Doones videos, yes?
Theo - love the tthppppbbbttt (sp?), must send it to someone, is that ok?
Ka.. Kawaii
