Super savory

CHOMP into these hilarious SweetMeats meat dog toys—table scraps you can feel GOOD about giving to your pup. I'm not sure what's better, the 'meat' or the SuperSavor web site design. Rokkin'.

I would soooo totally snorgle that porky chop! And the giant microbes are anerable, I don't care who you are, you have to admit that a flue virus with long eyelashes is just too delightful! LOL!

Ok, that is not what I meant by stuffed pork chops!

However, I work in a microbiology lab, and we have plush bugs sitting all over...they are cyoote!

That flyer ad is classic!

The MOST hysterical is the idea of people playing $30 for uncomplicated plush toys...

OMG.. i so want that rack of ribs for my desk or something!

best stuffed toy ever, aside from the stuffed half life 2 headcrab.

I really don't think they are that expensive - i'd buy one (or two)! :) (shows you where my priorities are, doesn't it. hee hee)

this.is.so.weird...

I hit refresh and who do I see but Baffle-san! so excited I posted immediately only to be greeted with an error message along the lines of 'error" comments not allowed'. tried reposting and it took me back to the main CO page, sans Baffle-san.

[hand under chin] mmmm. mysterious...

Pieces of dead, butchered animals are not cute.

Leah
 |  Jul 13, 2006 at 03:02 PM

Sigh. I guess you guys just don't need me then, do you?

(But don't worry; I'll still stick around for purely selfish reasons.) ;)

Eh wot, Ms. Pretend-Put-Upon?
;P

And Leah -- those are pieces of dead, butchered STUFFED animals. I think that's actually a PikaChop up there (silly intarnet typos).

"Pieces of dead, butchered animals are not cute."

Oh, I don't know about that. I've seen some mighty cute little lamb chops in my day...

i'm vegetarian and pro-animal rights, but these are fake and fluffy and pink. all of those combined = cute (in my opinion). :)

I'm so getting the meat medley for my dogs' christmas stockings...they will love them and squeek them and shred them all to bits with glee!

I'm with DavidBo tho', I saw rack'o'ribs and said mmmmmmmm I need those!

Real meat would be cheaper and your pets would enjoy it more. After all they are carnivores not stuffavores.

OK, who else noticed that under tha Hambone it says "0% Organic"?! XD

crrash, I think you mean they aren't "feltavores."

gwenchocolate
 |  Jul 13, 2006 at 05:52 PM

Huh, it should be 100% organic, because the polymer fibers that comprise fabric are all based on long, interlinked carbon chains.

Arvay
 |  Jul 13, 2006 at 06:01 PM

100% organic synthetic! From certified free-range laboratories.

Theo
 |  Jul 13, 2006 at 06:36 PM

No; they don't eat the outside just the stuffing. I have a laundry basket full of skins waiting to be re-stuffed and given back to the pack.

Saying you're 'pro-animal rights' is a bit redundant, no? Who's anti animal rights anyway? XD

I'm a vegan and they slightly disturb me...but also make me want to giggle o.O odd...

Dickie Twinkles
 |  Jul 14, 2006 at 01:46 AM

Dickie Twinkies (and your NAME makes me want to giggle), the opposite of "pro-animal rights" isn't "anti-animal rights," it's "pro-animal LEFTS."

I'm just sayin'...

Mmm, fresh stuffed meat, cut from the best parts of the freshest stuffed cow.

I knew someone would be irked at the idea of fake stuffed meat. Ah well, at least it's not a fake stuffed carrot with a smiley face and anthropomorphic limbs that would remind you that plants are alive.

I'm being silly, but so is the idea of being freaked out by fake meat for carnivores.

Wait a moment, these are for animals alone? So I can't buy one to take with me to bed in case I eat my pillow again? :(

The Guy Over There
 |  Jul 14, 2006 at 07:23 AM

ccrash..mine do just the opposite, they carry any new toy around for about a week, squeeking incessantly, then all of a sudden there's fluff everywhere and they are happily prancing about with the carcasses of their recently disemboweled toys...

betty
 |  Jul 14, 2006 at 08:30 AM

Whether or not the stuffed meat ITSELF is cute, can't you just picture the stuffed cows, etc. it came from? ^_^ Use your imagination!

Adalia
 |  Jul 14, 2006 at 10:57 AM

Stuffed cows go to stuffed slaughterhouses, where they are killed and butchered by Raggedy Andy. Now you know the truth! ;-)

Thanks to everyone for your wonderful comments! It make me feel very warm and fuzzy inside. I have to let everyone know, however, that these are not designed to be pet toys and though they are sewn very strongly I cannot guarantee them to be pet-safe. They are also not small (please see the dimensions before ordering), especially the "family size" meats, which are the size of pillows. I have been considering a way to make a line of pet-safe versions of the meats but I haven't quite figured out how yet. While it doesn't say anywhere on my site that these are for pets, I will let all buyers know this specifically by e-mail. Thanks again for your supportive comments, --Lauren
