Awwww...that is just too precious. Not too hard to stick a flower on a hedgehog! Everything'd stick to those spines!
I love the BEF combined with the flower. It's Friday perfection!
The hedgehog is such cuteness...
First? And new? Me? Maybe...
Eau Emm Gee!
>> BLERT <<
oh my goodness!!!
Is it stuck on her spikes?
Precious!
Nope.
But I love hedgehogs in flowers...
She doesn't look to easy with that flower, a bit like, "What's going on? Are they making fun of me? What is this *thing* on my head?"
Oh so cute! This is the cutest hedgie ever! I want to snorgle (with goggles, of course.)
Ok, let's see - Juicy nose, high BEF, and ready to cha-cha!
Schweet hedger, "moist nosicle" and all. He/she does look as if they're thinking what A thinker thinks they're thinking.
(Note to self: New business in hedgehog hats? Explore!)
No need for goggles when snorgling the schnoot, methinks.
I want to do it NOW.
LOL. omg. that's really, really cute. a little hippie hedgie.
i love the 'w....t....f.... is this on my head' look on it's face!
Ooooh good idea, EC, hedgie-wear. Maybe some hedgie shoes - the cement looks a bit rough for Hedgie's delicate little feet.
Hey, with the spikes, there are really unlimited fashion potential—she could have a flower on each one and look like a 1950's bathing cap!
i think he is more like "whatevs". he must get dressed up a lot. sunday; roses, weekdays; daisys and saturdays, when he is feeling wild; a huge sunflower with a bee in it.
Meg - Esther Williams, here we come! [hee.]
Obviously a demonstration of cruelty to flowers. Flowers have souls and choices too, ya know!
aw!
I was just wondering what to wear for dinner this evening...
I wonder why the "dressed up" pets always seem to have that adorable "WTF... But... How you DARE?" expression. SO CUTE!
little sweetie!
o.m.g.
'tis the love child of Porkypine and Mam'selle Hepzibah!

I Go Pogo
If you're goo-oing to San Francisco,
Be sure to wear a flower in your spines...
Can we say, Photoshop?
LOL Meg - I hope the underside of hedgies aren't spikey [squinting at picture]; otherwise, it would not be too pleasant to put on that bathing cap accidentally.
I don't think hedgie undersides are prickly - if they were then then wouldn't be able to roll up into a ball without getting kebab-ed...
hedgie undersides are very soft and furry...
JUICEH!
This hedgehog is, to me, a far cuter version of the old 'maiden aunt.' She just needs a little purse filled with dirty tissues to complete the ensemble. Oh, and a smoker's cough :)
Ah (yeewouch!) good point, TJ.
I want to go find a pet store now and pet one, EC. Hm I wonder if they're allowed as a pet down south.
Ah darn, they are illegal here.
TJ - Not only would they be unable to curl up, they wouldn't NEED to. The curling is to protect the soft underbelly, after all.
Vacko - true this, and it is the soft underbelly of the hedgie that is the holy grail snorgle-afficienado - the cute equivalent of a signed mint condition Mickey Mantle, maybe...
theo: oh crap. trick questions..they always trick me!!
wow..that mam'selle pic? that's what i envisioned 'veronica' looking like (you know from that other crazy post...)
theo;...oh crap...wrong place...trick question was in the mini-frog thread...
need...more...coffee....
TOO freakin' cute!!!!! I love his wittle flower!
He looks a little startled by the flower on his forehead! VERY CUTE, and just what I needed. I need Cute on a cruddy morning.
Ah yes, the hedges are blooming early this year..
I tip my non-flowered cap to the other Mike G.
I can see that hedge saying, "What? No really, what is it? Do I have something in my nose?"
Why granny, your chapeau is simply to die for!
No, really, tell me.
Does this make me look fat?
Sonya -- sure, we can say "Photoshop." Just as long as that's both the beginning & the end of the conversation.

If a sticky-backed gift bow somehow (I'm not saying how, but certainly not in *any* way that could even *remotely* be construed as cat-abusing) got stuck on a cat's head in exactly the same spot as that flower, the cat would back up around the room to try and get out from under it. I'm not saying this has ever happened, I'm just saying -- Too. Funny.
tee. hee.
OMG!!! Thats adorable...
(Sung to Hippy Chick)
No hippy hedge
No hip hip hip hip hip
No hippy hedge
No hip hip hip hip hip
No hippy hedge
No hip hip hip hip hip
No hippy hedge
hehehehe jammin to Hippy Hedge... now THIS is a friday!!!
Awwwww! I love the crumbs on its little juicy nose!
Hey, that song's a beat loop comes from "How Soon Is Now" by the Smiths (aka the "Charmed" theme).
I am hedgehog, and I need to be lo-o-oved
Just like everybody else does.
I have a flower
In my hair
And sharp spikes
Which some find criminally painful...
[whips out hand mirror]
[applies dark eyeliner]
Could be a cross-dressing hedgie caught in the act?
I need to break out Redzilla's port-a-snorg and snorg away.
Gosh, this is a sweet looking hedgehog! :)
Chackler -- don't forget your snorgoggles!
